The Lakehouse Bellevue is located at 10455 NE 5th Place in Bellevue. We are on the 2nd floor of Lincoln Square South adjacent to the W Hotel. Civility & Unrest is located directly underneath the Lakehouse and is accessible on the first floor of Lincoln Square South, immediately inside the W Hotel valet parking entrance.

We are pleased to offer validated parking for vehicles parked in the Lincoln Center South garage. Validation is not required by Lincoln Center after 8pm unless otherwise indicated.

Our corkage fee is $25 per 750ml bottle. Magnum (1.5l) bottles corkage fee is $45. Limit 3 for either size bottle.

We welcome all styles of dress. Come as you are!

For certain holidays and special events, a deposit is required and will be clearly indicated online at the time of reservation. For all other general reservations for parties of 8 and under, no deposit is required.

Our professional service team receives industry leading compensation, including commission on all sales and the 20% service charge included on each check makes this possible. The Lakehouse retains 100% of the service charge; servers are paid commissions on food and beverage sales. Additional tipping is neither required nor expected.

Yes, our happy hour menu at both The Lakehouse and Civility & Unrest is available Monday - Friday from 3-5pm.

We will try our best to accommodate any dietary restriction within reason. Please make a note on your reservation to help us prepare something special.

Walk-ins are always welcome, although we suggest calling first to ensure a table is available.

We kindly suggest that all guests dine on the same menu so that we may better serve you, however, we are happy to accommodate requests.

Yes, we have bar seating at the Lakehouse and a full cocktail bar in our downstairs speakeasy, Civility & Unrest. We recommend calling ahead to ensure that seating is available.

We offer the full Lakehouse menu in Civility & Unrest in addition to a robust selection of craft cocktails and non-alcoholic soft cocktails.

Absolutely, we welcome all children. Please make a note on your reservation and we can accommodate highchairs and crayons, if needed, or perhaps a quiet corner for privacy.
